we sometimes lose sight of who we are. as we get stuck in the past or the future, allowing the dramas created by us or around us to influence what we do or say and we move further away from our true self - the I AM, from the person or rather being that we desire to be. we get caught up in the illusionary reality of things and then its hard to pull ourselves back to our center and focus on the things that we truly would like to do, how we would like to be or what we would like to have happen in our lives.
